The Food
The all-American menu is extensive and varied, offering items like chopped salads, beef liver and even a 26-ounce pork chop. The star of the menu is steak, from New York strip to a tender filet mignon served alongside your choice of potato, rice or steamed broccoli. Baby back ribs are slathered in sweet, clingy sauce, while outstanding shrimp De Jonghe is intensely garlicky and coated in oven-browned, lemon-kissed breadcrumbs.
