“I cannot day enough about the incredible service I have received previously and today from Efrain(Effie) manager and hostess Jessica for making everything perfect and going the extra to make my parents enjoy celebrating their 57th anniversary at home safely and enjoying the delicious perfectly cooked food as my father said “perfect “ 4 times in our conversation on the phone! I’m incredibly happy with the service they provided and they were even earlier then was asked and my father continued to rave about Jessica and I know it was Efrain that chose the person and went the extra mile to make it in these difficult times for all to make their special day even more special!! ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ That’s my rating and will write more about the service as well as food later in a letter! Outstanding service and food!”
“I’m so glad that Jameson’s Charhouse has added a location close to my home. The food was outstanding and so is the service. I ordered the barbecue ribs and they were the best I’ve ever had! The meat falls right off the bone and the barbecue sauce is fantastic. I would definitely recommend the ribs which also came with a soup and salad. I upgraded to the French onion soup and it was outstanding and very tasty. My husband got the New York strip steak and it was cooked to perfection. The martinis can’t be beat especially if you love blue cheese stuffed olives. The service was incredible and I felt very safe in this restaurant due to the fact they built and put 8 foot plexi glass in between the booths. So I felt very safe due to Covid right now.I cannot recommend this restaurant enough I wish I could give it more than 10 stars.”
“Good Evening! I am writing to you tonight to express my gratitude and never ending thanks to Peter and his team at the Crystal Lake restaurant. We had our wedding rehearsal dinner there on September 17th and Peter and his team just made it so perfect! Prior to the night of the event, Peter was helpful and he was great to work with. He made us feel welcomed and valued. The night of the event turned out better than we could have ever expected. The room was perfect for our party, the drinks were fantastic and came out very fast, and the food was cooked to perfection. Our family and bridal party had a wonderful night and left happy and well fed. We are so grateful for Peter and his team, and so delighted that we choose Jameson’s Charhouse for our rehearsal dinner.”
“Today was my six year old grandson birthday! We went to Woodridge location and encountered a super great experience. Service was superb, waiter was super and manager came out several times to acknowledge six year olds birthday! We ate outdoors and could not have had a better experience. Manager and staff should be acknowledged.”
Just went to Jamesons’s again this past Saturday as we do at least once a month. I am so glad that Jamesons’s has survived through the pandemic and hope it continues to flourish. Everything about Jamesons’s at least the Woodridge location is outstanding. Jeff the manager runs the place so professionally I hope the owners know what they have in him as an excellent manager who cares about the customers and his employees. The staff are all great, the service, the value for your money and the quality of the food cannot be beat. Just so you know we have been to Gibsons recently for a birthday dinner and in my opinion their food and value cannot compare to Jamesons’s. I know some people will think I am crazy but honestly I have also had fillets there many times and also at Morton’s, Ruth’s Chris, Eddie Merlot’s that have not been as outstanding as the one I had this past Saturday. The fillet just melted in my mouth and the taste was equally as awesome. I was even told by my cousin who has been with us to Jamesons’s a time or two that they recently went to Primal Cuts in Tinley Park and said they would rather go to Jamesons’s for fillet as well because the last time she had one there it melted in her mouth and that’s all she can think about. So to the owners of this location please know we as customers so do appreciate EVERYTHING about this restaurant from management to staff and quality and value of the food and will be there to support this location as long as you remain in business. So thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for all you do for your customers and please don’t change anything you are perfect the way you are.
