Opening our doors for the first time ever and welcoming first time customers was an unforgettable memory! Creating a warm and friendly environment to serve quality food at favorable prices was the commitment that was made from the start. It is humbling knowing the same customers continue to dine with us and call us their favorite place. Fondly also referred to as “Jamo’s”, the Mount Prospect location will always be regarded as the “Original” and the place where the magic of Jameson’s Charhouse began!
Customer loyalty, employee commitment and friendships have flourished year after year since 1990. These qualities continue to be nurtured as the relationships have expanded along with the existence of every Jameson’s Charhouse location opened since then. These locations have been thoughtfully added on to the Jameson’s family through the years, creating distinctive qualities and features unique to the individual location, yet designed to deliver the consistency, value and excellence that we gave committed to serve our customers.

I’m incredibly happy with the service they provided and they were even earlier then was asked and my father continued to rave about Jessica and I know it was Efrain that chose the person and went the extra mile to make it in these difficult times for all to make their special day even more special!! ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ That’s my rating and will write more about the service as well as food later in a letter! “I’m so glad that Jameson’s Charhouse has added a location close to my home. The food was outstanding and so is the service. I ordered the barbecue ribs and they were the best I’ve ever had! The meat falls right off the bone and the barbecue sauce is fantastic. I would definitely recommend the ribs which also came with a soup and salad. I upgraded to the French onion soup and it was outstanding and very tasty. My husband got the New York strip steak and it was cooked to perfection. The martinis can’t be beat especially if you love blue cheese stuffed olives. The service was incredible and I felt very safe in this restaurant due to the fact they built and put 8 foot plexi glass in between the booths. So I felt very safe due to Covid right now.I cannot recommend this restaurant enough I wish I could give it more than 10 stars.”

“Good Evening! I am writing to you tonight to express my gratitude and never ending thanks to Peter and his team at the Crystal Lake restaurant. We had our wedding rehearsal dinner there on September 17th and Peter and his team just made it so perfect! Prior to the night of the event, Peter was helpful and he was great to work with. He made us feel welcomed and valued. The night of the event turned out better than we could have ever expected. The room was perfect for our party, the drinks were fantastic and came out very fast, and the food was cooked to perfection. Our family and bridal party had a wonderful night and left happy and well fed. We are so grateful for Peter and his team, and so delighted that we choose Jameson’s Charhouse for our rehearsal dinner.”

“Today was my six year old grandson birthday! We went to Woodridge location and encountered a super great experience. Service was superb, waiter was super and manager came out several times to acknowledge six year olds birthday! We ate outdoors and could not have had a better experience. Manager and staff should be acknowledged.”
